Order Confirmation, Delivery Time, and Address:

If this is the case, we will notify the recipient to pick up the delivery from the lobby or leave the arrangement with the building's guard or concierge.

Message to Recipient:

  • During the checkout process, you may provide a personalized message to be included on a card with your floral arrangement. Please ensure the message is written as you wish it to appear.

Flower Substitutions:

  • At ABELLE DE FLEUR, we strive to provide fresh and high-quality floral arrangements. However, in the event of flower unavailability, we may substitute certain flowers. We will ensure that any substitution is as similar as possible to the original item and maintains the aesthetic and value of your arrangement.

Packaging Substitutions:

  • Packaging materials such as bouquet wraps, ribbons, and other design elements may vary depending on availability. Rest assured, any substitute will align with the original theme and not be of lesser quality or value.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  • We are committed to your satisfaction! If, within 24 hours of receiving your floral arrangement, you find any issues with the freshness or condition of the items, please contact us at [email protected] or by phone at (786) 407-7787 (US) Provide photos of the item, and we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Limitation of Liability:

  • While we make every effort to deliver your floral gifts on time and in perfect condition, ABELLE DE FLEUR will not be held liable for any delays or damages caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances at delivery locations.

  • All prices listed are in USD or PHP, depending on the delivery location. ABELLE DE FLEUR reserves the right to adjust prices, promotions, and discounts at any time without prior notice. Payment is required at checkout to process your order.
